2. Times / hours of normal play
Times: Between 5 and 8pm week nights, between noon till 10 on weekends

3. Your gaming experience (MMOs you have played, etc.)
WoW is the first MMO that I have played. Experimented with other ones after but overall most of my MMO gaming is done on WoW.

4. Any trade skills you have
Blacksmithing: Maxed at 450/450
Mining: Maxed at 450/450
Of my other skills the only one up to pare is First Aid, maxed out 450/450. With my other skills, fishing and cooking, being my lowest.

5. Your personal goals (realm battles, trade skill tycoon, PvE ruler, etc.)
Improve my character and game experience honestly. Gear scores is important but by no means crucial to me. I am more into having an overall better game experience, and time, with people then trying to get that one piece of gear. Cause if its not fun when whats the point of playing?

6. Why you want to become a member of ROC?
The chance in improve, learn and really test the limits of my character and myself. While not having to deal with the sticklers and overly seriousness of many of the players out there. And have a consistent group of players to work with would be a welcome change.

7. Any other guild experience you have had on Shadowsong?
I have been apart of several guilds. The Drifters being one. I left do to the fact that my character was leveling faster then the other members in the guild and issues with our members dropping in the middle of instances. After that I created my own guild to act as a personal vault for myself and my alts. I have run instances with other guilds who's members I had previously been guild mates with and or have worked with on several occasions, including some ROC members.

8. Mention WHO from ROC got ya hooked into the process?
The member was Craftstrike, aka Shammyzilla, aka Craftdruid; who I know and iare friends with outside the game as well.

9. Can you commit to at least three hours of raiding around 6/7 p.m. Server Time 2-3 days per week?
Yes I can. Especially during the week since my work schedule usually keeps me from staying out to late Monday threw Thursday.

10. List your raid experience including boss kills that you have participated in directly as well as any noteworthy raid achievements.
Unfortunately my raid exoerience is for all intents and purposes non existent. Most of the raids I have joined have failed and fallen apart before reaching a boss or soon after being wiped by one. And as not having such experience it's been difficult to find groups who will invite me.

11. What is your favorite boss encounter? Describe your role in the encounter and the mechanics that made it fun for you.
Well since I can only speak of Heroic instances I would say it would be Pit of Saron, Scourgelord Tyrannus. I am a Dpser and what makes it fun is trying to maintain my Dps out put while keeping checks on Overlord's Brand and attacks from Rimefang as they effect me and other players.

12. Take a moment to impress us with the knowledge you have of your class (Soft caps, rotations, theorycraft etc).
When it comes to Warriors the most dps out put is done by the Fury spec line. Most Warriors who take the Fury tree will stop short of Titans grip and use the remaining points into either Arms and or Protection. As I have chosen Arms the Dps out put is lower and slower but makes up for it in its bleed abilities and heavy crits. In addition the use of Overpower as a non dodge and the Mortal Strike for damage and reduction of healing give Arms a fair shake in the Dps realm. My Arms rotation primarily include Rend (to start then recast after duration ends), Mortal Strike, Overpower, Thunderclap and Execute for single opponent. When dealing with more then one I include Sweeping Strikes and Cleave. This differs slightly from the recommended in that I rarely use Heroic Strike for Rage dump, Slam as a filler, and use Thunderclap more often especially when dealing with mobs. I also avoided specializing talents in the Arms tree for versatility and to use the points on other talents. For Protection spec the defense hit cap (540) in important along side Chance to Hit and Crit Strike Rating. Stamina of course in crucial for the spec as well. Shield Block, Revenge, Shockwave, Concussive Blow, Shield Bash, Devastate, Thunderclap and Rend are the primary rotations with Shockwave, Rend, and Devastate being the for runners with the others being used as needed/available. Spell Deflection is used when appropriate, usually just before a spell is cast, and disarm to reduce damage and increase threat. Cleave is reserved for multiple opponents and the Shield Wall and Last Stand being used only when necessary. Use of the Vigilance ability is encouraged and should be placed on the healer unless one of dpsers threat generation almost matches or exceeds your own.

13. What do you think is the major difference between a great player in your class/spec and an average/below average player?
What makes the difference between the two is mainly the use of the class and spec and being able to adjust strategy and rotations in battle rather then after.

14. Have you passed on loot that you needed for a friend/guildie? What was the loot if so and why did you pass?
Yes I have. I do it if I know that player needs that piece of gear and will often suggest they need it as well. One such piece of loot was The Hand of Antu'sul from ZF. Both me and my guild mate had the other half of the sword and I passed so they could combine and get Sul'thrazae the Lasher cause at the time my overall gear was better and I knew they needed the weapon.

15. Are you open to constructive criticism? Give an example of when you have taken criticism and as a result became a better player because of it.
Of course. Most of my knowledge about the game and the classes came from other players who gave me pointers and informed me about what I was doing wrong. One of the most crucial ones that comes to mind was then I first started into building and testing my tank spec and gear. The tank we had wasn't doing very well so I had to take over. I only did slightly better then the original tank who took over my dps spot. Afterwords the healer commented on my spec vs the others and gave me suggestions as how to improve my build. Other criticisms included aspects of my armor, tho at the time I was still building it and was using my dps gear as filler. I also had several conversations with pro tanks as to what to look for in gear and what abilities should be used more often and in what situations. I also will ask my group members "How's my Dps/Tanking?"

16. Are you willing to work with members of your class/spec to ensure that loot is distributed for the overall good of the raid? Explain the importance of this.
I am more then willing to work with others to ensure the good of the raid. If people are constantly fighting over gear the likely hood of someone dropping and or not doing their part increases which in turn hampers the group. And those who do that tend to rub others the wrong way which in turns makes raiding frustrating, among other things, and also leads to animosity among members. Which usually leads to the group wiping and people leaving over stupid things.

17. As a healer/tank/dps what do you think is your biggest weakness and what have you been doing to improve in that area?
As a Dpser my weaknesses has been keeping my threat generation below that of the tank. I have improved this by not being ability happy and timing my attacks as to not generate as much while still putting out decent dps. I reserve the use of my high threat abilities until after the tank has substantially locked in theirs and will switch targets in order to keep the threat on a single target in a mob to a minimum. As a tank My weakness has been generating and maintaining threat as I am actually new to the spec. I've been improving my knowledge and use of the spec my using it outside instances to get a better sense of rotations and threat generation.
